Acceptance of Terms
Plain English: By installing or using Class Architect, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Class Architect ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Class Architect Webflow Designer Extension ("Extension").
By installing the Extension through the Webflow Marketplace or purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Class Architect on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Description of Service
Class Architect is a Webflow Designer Extension that uses artificial intelligence to generate consistent, convention-based CSS class names for your Webflow projects. The service includes:
- Free Plan: Scan & generate class names (up to 30 AI generations/month), apply classes, 20 history entries, all 4 naming conventions.
- Pro Plan: All Free features plus unlimited AI generations, GPT-4o priority model, unlimited history, Class Audit Panel, and CSS Cleanup tool.
Features and limits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your current plan.

Accounts & License
Free Plan: No account is required. The Extension is available to any Webflow user who installs it from the Webflow Marketplace.
Pro Plan: A Pro license key is issued upon purchase via Lemon Squeezy. You may use your license key on one Webflow workspace at a time. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. You agree to notify us immediately at totonantoko@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use Class Architect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or license verification mechanisms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Use automated tools or bots to send requests to our API endpoints
- Share your Pro license key with others or use it on multiple workspaces simultaneously
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Extension without our written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these acceptable use requirements.

AI-Generated Output
Important: Class Architect uses AI to generate CSS class name suggestions. AI output is provided as-is and may not always perfectly match your project conventions. Always review suggestions before applying them to production projects.
The class names generated by Class Architect are AI-assisted suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated class names are suggestions only and may require review or editing
- The quality of suggestions depends on the element structure and context provided
- We do not guarantee that generated class names will comply with any specific naming convention 100% of the time
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and applying class names to your Webflow projects
You own all CSS class names you apply to your projects. Class Architect makes no claim of ownership over AI-generated output used in your work.

Payment & Billing
Pro Plan Pricing: Class Architect Pro is priced at $9 USD per month, billed monthly.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or handle your payment card information directly.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your purchase date unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Extension, contact us at totonantoko@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Intellectual Property
Our Property: The Class Architect Extension, website, branding, trademarks, and underlying software are owned by Class Architect and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software.
Your Property: You retain full ownership of your Webflow projects and all content within them. The class names generated and applied to your projects belong to you.
Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Class Architect, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Class Architect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated suggestions
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
We do not warrant that Class Architect will be compatible with all future versions of Webflow Designer, as Webflow's Extension API is subject to change by Webflow at their discretion.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Class Architect and its operators shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damage to your Webflow projects resulting from applied class names
- Service interruptions or API downtime
- Actions taken by third-party services (OpenAI, Lemon Squeezy, Webflow)
In any case, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $27 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination
By You: You may stop using Class Architect at any time by uninstalling the Extension from your Webflow workspace and cancelling your Pro subscription (if applicable).
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Class Architect, without notice, if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or circumvent our systems, or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine harms other users or our service.
Upon termination, your license to use the Extension ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability — will survive.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Class Architect shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at totonantoko@gmail.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Pro users via email.
Continued use of Class Architect after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Extension.
